Cadbury Dairy is a very popular brand of chocolate, which is manufactured by Cadbury PLC unit Kraft Foods (except located in the United States, where goods are sold by Hershey Company “) and is sold in several countries around the world. This is the first went on sale in the UK 1905, when Cadbury launched its first Dairy Milk bar, the unique selling point which WSA, which was done with a high proportion of milk compared to the previous chocolate. The difference between these two, while widely recognized, has never been definitively explained.
One school of thought, why is that the anti-melting agent was included in the Australian version and it is responsible for the anomaly to the taste. While the other to explain the difference in the ratio between the number of milk and cocoa powder used on the British version, which contains more milk and less cocoa and, therefore, be much creamier, than the Australian counterparts.
